Where to start?

  • I offer my behaviour adjustment service to families with children aged between 2 years old & 12 years old.
  • First you get in contact and we speak on the phone for 15-20 minutes about your situation free of charge and if suitable then we book an initial assessment.
    This call is free.
  • I offer an assessment session lasting around 45 minutes and the cost of an assessment is £27.50 however if you book 4 or more behaviour adjustment sessions within 45 calendar days of the date of the assessment then you receive the £27.50 as a credit towards the cost of those sessions. So the Assessment is effectively free.

What Next?

  • The Initial Assessment gives a good idea as to what needs to be adjusted to achieve the desired behaviour.
  • Sessions are £39.25 for 90 minute session.
  • Entirely child focused which covers everything discussed in the assessment.
  • At least one parent should be around during these sessions so they can observe and put strategies in place when you are in your day to day lives.

Behaviour Management

Behaviour modification and adjustment is defined as “the alteration of behavioural patterns through the use of such learning techniques as biofeedback and positive or negative reinforcement.”

More simply, you can modify your child’s behaviour with positive consequences and negative consequences.

 

Behaviour modification is based on the idea that good behaviour should lead to positive consequences and bad behaviour should lead to negative consequences.

 

Unfortunately behaviour habits is not something that can just be magically changed. Every child is unique and will respond to each situation differently.
