Due to the nature of offering last minute childcare I do sometimes get requests through which would mean double booking if I accepted.
To ensure this is managed by offering my availability to the families enquiring and bookings are only secured when a deposit has been received and/or a contract signed.

This “first come first served” option is the only fair way to manage the enquiries as it ensures I am not missing out on other potential work by holding out for families to make the booking only for it to not go ahead.
