Payment & Deposit/Retainer

Client shall pay a retainer deposit of 30% to secure the services and products specified herein. Upon signing this Contract the amount of the retainer shall be applied as payment to the total balance of the package. The final balance must be paid in full 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the Event(unless otherwise stated on your signed contract), a reminder letter will be sent along with an invoice detailing the billing 14 days prior to the due date.

Failure to make payments on or before the date specified on your signed contract will incur a charge of £20 per day (or part day) until the payment is received in full including charges. A new invoice will be emailed each day.
This is to ensure payments are made on time. Communicate with the photographer if you are having problems. Ignoring it will not make problems disappear and will only make matters worse. 

The Photographer reserves the right not to attend the Event until the balance is paid in full.

The contract is legally binding and must be paid. If the final balance is not paid within 4 weeks (28 days) days prior to the Event. The photographer reserves the right to enforce the terms of this Contract against the Client for purpose of obtaining payment.

If payment is not received and The Photographer did not attend the event due to non payment then the Client will not be entitled to any refund.
